Where We Build

We generally build within an 75 mile radius of Clarinda. This includes The southwest corner of Iowa and the northwest corner of Missouri. We have completed homes in the communities of Rockport, Clearmont, Maryville, Savannah, and Bethany in Missosuri and the communities of New Market, Bedford, Blockton, Villisca, Red Oak, Yorktown, Shenandoah, Griswold, Council Bluffs, Farragut, Clarinda, and Hamburg in Iowa.
