We have been building high quality panelized homes for the past 18 years and to date have completed over 100 homes. A panelized home is one in which the floor system, walls, and roof trusses are constructed in a climate controlled environment, trucked to the jobsite and then assembled. The advantages of this system are numerous. This process results in plumb and square walls, reduced opportunity for exposure to the weather. (A home would typically be weather proof in about 3-4 days.) By building a home in this fashion we can complete a home in much less time than site built construction. Another positive benefit in using the panelized process is that we have more control over costs and are able to give customers a firm price before construction in begun.

We have over 200 plans to choose from or we can build your plan. We have the ability to customize any plan to your specifications. We use only high quality name brand materials.
